First, you need to make a precise copy sealing mold, and then place the products or parts without inflation holes that need to be tested into the copy sealing mold for connection. When starting the test, the instrument will inflate the mold in equal amounts. If the tested product does not leak, then the gas will be in the gap between the product and the mold. Because the product and the mold will not deform, the gap volume between the product and the mold is constant. The amount of gas filled by the instrument is also constant, so the pressure inside the mold is also constant; if the detected productIf the product is leaking, then there is an extra cavity relative to the mold, and part of the filled gas will flow into the inside of the product. Because the amount of gas filled by the instrument into the mold is constant, the pressure displayed during testing for a leaking product will be lower than that of a non-leaking product. In this way, it can be quickly detected whether the product is leaking.
