    Basic equipment for applying air tightness detectors

    Because our air tightness detector uses compressed air for testing, the production line must be equipped with an air source. The pressure and stability of the air source will also affect the accuracy of the test, so the requirements for the air source are: (1) The air supply pressure is 0.4-1.2Mpa and cannot exceed this range; (2) The air source is required to be stable and the fluctuation cannot exceed 50kpa, otherwise it will affect the test results (3) The compressed air must be dry, moisture-free and impurity-free, otherwise the leakage tester will be easily damaged.

    Our air tightness detector requires electricity and must have a power interface.Therefore, the air source and power supply are the basic devices for applying our sealing tester.

    Installation and use process of application air tightness detector

    Connect the air source to the air source interface of our air tightness detector and the air source interface of the tooling.Connect the power connector of the air tightness detector to the power source.After confirming that all connections are complete, click the power-on switch of the air tightness detector, so that the instrument interface will open.

    Set the test pressure according to the customer's test products and the customer's test level requirements. There is a pressure regulating valve on the right side of the instrument, which can adjust the inlet pressure according to the demand. For example, if the customer tests the watchWith IP67 waterproof rating, we can set the test pressure to 10.5KPA. 10.5KPA is equivalent to the water pressure at a depth of one meter, corresponding to the IP67 waterproof rating.After all parameter settings are completed, we can put the product into the tooling mold for testing.The test results will be displayed through the OK display light or NG alarm light.
